PMR can send an agent to your location to discuss services, grade your used catalytic converter stock, purchase your converter scrap in person, or arrange shipping options. In regards to this, PMR offers used catalytic converter pick-up service by air, by sea, by land, or by rail from anywhere in the world. We also take care of customs paperwork and insurance during shipping. Alternatively, you may also bring your scrap in person for grading and purchase.
You may also send us your complete catalytic converters or only the ceramic honeycomb bricks for recycling. These are then processed through several steps in order to extract the precious metals (platinum, palladium, rhodium) from them. Two weeks after the shipment's arrival date, time at which we receive our laboratory's preliminary analysis, PMR can pay 80% of the agreed-on value. The balance is then paid one month later, once our laboratory delivers the final results.
